SEAOIL VIP CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SEAOIL V.I.P. Club membership is valid for two (2) years.
2. Members must present their SEAOIL V.I.P. Club keychain prior to making a purchase (no keychain, no points).
3. The SEAOIL V.I.P. Club keychain shall be honoured at all participating SEAOIL stations.
4. Points earned by members are non-transferrable and will be credited within 48 hours of their corresponding transactions.
5. SEAOIL reserves the right to change the benefits, terms & conditions associated with its V.I.P. Club at any time. In the event that the program is cancelled/ changed, members will be notified immediately.
6. The loyalty points reflected in SEAOIL's records and the member's card shall be considered official.
7. SEAOIL reserves the right to determine the point equivalent of every Peso spent by V.I.P. Club members.
8. Membership in the program may be revoked at any time should abuse, fraud or a failure to follow these terms and conditions is committed by a V.I.P. Club member.
9. SEAOIL V.I.P. Club members are subject to these terms and conditions and are deemed to have accepted same upon signing the SEAOIL V.I.P. Club registration form.
